I used to be able to log on here and see what programs I bought and their accompanying passwords, etc., etc. Now, I'm logged on and nothing shows. Has all that data been deleted. And, to add insult to injury, I can't find my three ring binder with all my purchases for all programs, including Pagestream. What am I doing wrong?

...forgot to mention, I reinstalled Windows and am starting from scratch.... that's why I need all the passwords....

Looks like you have two accounts here. Both are old, both you have
signed into at some time this year. I will contact you privately to try
and sort out which one you want to keep.
