NEWINDEXXREF text commands
Brief description.
xrefid = newindexxref [TOPIC topicname | TOPICID topicid]{TOPICXREF topic | TOPICXREFID topicid} [DOCUMENT document | WINDOW document-window]
Results:
The index xref id of the new xref is returned to RESULT.
