The buttons are so dinky on the screen I can't really see them, but clicking on the lower one reduces the size of a text frame while clicking on the upper increases it.

Remember the recent discussion that the arrows didn't increase/decrease the number but instead moved up and down? Seems you are one of those who asked for the up arrow to decrease the size
