Pagestream 5.0.5.8 Mac OS X demo: Scrolling with Apple magic mouse scrolling with finger swipes is very unresponsive, sluggish. About this (iMac): Mac OS X 10.6.4, 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, Memory 1 GB 800 MHz DDR2 SDRAM Ernest Unrau

On a similar MacBook Pro system I see nothing sluggish about finger swipe scrolling. I'll ask on the PageStream Mac list for other input, but no one has every mentioned anything like this before, and nothing in this specific version has changed that lead me to believe this was something new. In Pagestream you can only finger scroll in quarter inch increments (i.e. with magic mouse). Try it while watching the ruler. I tried changing the grid size, turning off snap to grid, thinking that might be affecting things. No difference. But you can scroll in finer increments with the elevator buttons and also with the up/down/left/right scroll arrows. Perhaps that's a hint where the scrolling bug lies. -Ernest
