I see nothing sluggish about the flyout toolbox items. I presume you are not running something in the background that is consuming large amounts of RAM or CPU time? I'll ask on the PageStream Mac list for other input, but no one has every mentioned anything like this before, and nothing in this specific version has changed that lead me to believe this was something new.
