PageStream 5.0.4.17a on Windows only loads a borders from a single file location: SoftLogik/Engines/Borders.library. If this file does not exist drawing a border results in a blank object (it has no visual appearance, just dimension) and the border name popup has apparently a default size but no entries. Creating a Borders.library file in the correct location results in the contained borders being made available (well, at least one border, didn't try with a "bundle")
