Default double underline doesn't work. It is the same as default underline.

But for some strange reason I actually did get it to work ONCE when I first
learned about shift-clicking on the underline icon in the toolbar. But since
then cannot duplicate a double underline. I don't know what combination of
circumstances caused to work on that one occasion, so I haven't found a way
to reproduce the double underline.

I would peg this as major importance as anyone doing financial reports needs
the double underline.
