It works for the same document on OS X, but fails on Linux. That is, the PDF is created without pages. kpdf reports it as 1 page, but there is nothing on it, the TOC is there, but clicking doesn't pull up the page. I tried with a new document, one page, with a box on it. Same results: tim@jai:~$ kpdf Desktop/PageStream5.0.4.31/test.pdf
