Optical alignment does not work for at least: Windows and Linux. Maybe the fonts I use don't have information for optical alignment. TrueType: Arial and Times New Roman. Open Type: Trebuchet. All with the fontsize of 48pt.

It's hard to see (optical alignment), but I think it wasn't a bug. I found in the PageStream5.ini an entry: SETOPTICAL ON/OFF It was OFF all the time (and still was in the present PGS 5.0.4.4 PageStream5.ini!). I reinstalled my computer sometimes (december 2007)later because a defect hard disc... Maybe that's why the SETOPTICAL wasn't updated... The remark that it involved Linux... I have no idea how I came to that conclusion... [Status updated to 'Fixed in 5.0.4.34' on Sat, 24 Jan 2009 02:58:11 -0500]
