If I try to use two lines (each half a circle) the first line overflows to the second. If I try to use a three line (with the middle line across the circle) I get the same results, except for adding the third line (the first line is truncated with the remainder being used on the second line, the third line is properly placed). I then tried the "rainbow" shapes with the same result. Two lines gets shortened with the remainder of the first being used instead of the second and a third being fine. I modified the text (in my original mock up the first line is longer than the subsequent lines, in the modified the lines are about equal in length and the first is slightly shorter) and it seems to work correctly (other than using a half circle rather than a full circle). So I tried it again, making the second line longer than the first, and it reverted to original behavior. I got the same results for all of the three-line versions with my mock texts. Definitely something a bit off with TextFX. Tim Doty
The lines don't go missing, but the fitting is off. For example, some text I just tried barely made it past the apex of the rainbow and in the circle version didn't even make it to the midpoints of the arc. First Line of Text | |
