PGS-Pro-linux (version later than 5.0.4.34) does not export the msttcorefont Times_New_Roman.ttf to pdf. Anyway, it is invisible in the pdf export. When this font is bold, the pdf export is visible as expected.

"Embed all fonts" was switched on during export

I have this font, but a slightly different version. I tried your exact font that you uploaded with PageStream5.0.4.44 Linux and it was just fine. I've attached the generated PDF that Adobe Acrobat Pro Preflight check says "No problems found" and it displays without problem in all PDF viewers I've tried with. Please try this file, and attach your own generated PDF if you can.

When generating a pdf in a new small document with this font, indeed, there seems no problem. So, the times font problem must be invoked by something else in the existing (large and old) document. Maybe there is a conflicting font in the font substition table. The document is to big to upload. I'm experimenting now to find out what's invoking the problem by eleminating elements in the pagestream file.
