I have noticed in PgS under vista that the Preferences window size is different according to the section initially displayed when the window is opened.

For example, by default the General section is displayed when Preferences are opened after a fresh PgS start. Select "Type" and the contents are ok. Click the Use button and open Preferences again. The window size is now smaller and the contents are squashed up.

The workaround is to select the "View" section, because Vista (I assume) resizes the window larger to find in contents. It does not reduce the size when changing sections if the amount of content is smaller.

Still, I wonder why the Type->Attributes text field is so small by default the you open Preferences which initially displays the Type section.

Actually, I have noticed the window resizing behaviour for the Edit Palette is the same. It will be resized larger to fit extra content as its function changes but not smaller.
