The Toolbox
After BME has loaded, the ''Toolbox'' will appear. The ''toolbox'' allows you to paint, define areas to modify, and change the part of the picture which is shown in picture windows.
''Paint'' tool: For painting pixels. When ''this'' tool is selected, the mouse pointer changes to a crosshair.

''Eyedropper'' tool: For picking up colors used in the picture window. When ''this'' tool is selected, the mouse pointer changes to the Eyedropper pointer.

''Marquee'' tool: For selecting a rectangular area of the picture. When ''this'' tool is selected, the mouse pointer changes to a crosshair.
Crosshair Pointer
''Magnify'' tool: For increasing and decreasing the view magnification.When ''this'' tool is selected, the mouse pointer changes to a magnifying glass picture.
Magnify Pointers
''Drag'' tool: For dragging the picture within the picture window. When this tool is selected, the mouse pointer changes to the hand pointer.
