If a previous font substitution has been identified (remember was selected) and the font to substitute with is not available (e.g., because PgS 5.0.3.4 uses different names than 5.0.4.29) then the font is "lost" -- there is no clear indication in the font substitution dialog that the font to substitute with is missing (the selection drop down box *is* rendered slightly differently, but it wasn't until after working all of this out that I realized it was being drawn differently).

The net result appears to be PgS silently does a substitution using the default font without altering the remembered substitution table.

A couple of points:

1. If an impossible font substitution is indicated, PgS should give warning. An error dialog that says, "font xxx not found, using default font instead"

2. Even better, to avoid the above when loading the font substitution table change any not-found fonts to the system default and uncheck remember. Should then put the above warning up when the font substitution dialog is loaded to alert user that their remembered substitutions have been altered.

3. Any warnings should compile a list of failed fonts and present all at once to avoid the user having to click through a series of dialogs of unknown number.
