Layout: each page is numbered with a large number in the center of the page. Each page has a half-inch border drawn with the border tool. Page 2 has a graphic which extends off the right hand side of the page by about half the graphic width.

Result: page 1 is missing in action. Pages 2 & 3 print, but are shifted left about half the width of one page. Border is partially shown in a corrupt fashion (its an isolated vertical segment placed approximately at the top left corner of the (shifted) third page.

Second Test Setup
Page Size: US letter half
Facing Pages: off
Print: signature
Page Spread: manual for 2 & 3
Result: pages 2 & 3 fail to print at all. pages 1 & 4 print, but the only trace of the border is an isolated vertical segment placed approximately in the upper left corner of page 4.

Third Test Setup
Page Size: US Letter Half
Facing Pages: off
Print: signature
Page Spread: none
Result: the graphic on page 2 spans to page 3 (it shouldn't as there is no page spread). The only trace of borders is in the upper left corner of the sheet (page 4 & 2, respectively) where a single, vertical segment is placed. Other than that it prints correctly.

When pages fail to print it is unfortunately not clear if no page is printed or only a blank page is printed. The reason for this is my printer is duplexing so there is no difference in behavior between the two.

One thing I failed to note was that the border was only present on the signature printing to try and verify the printing placement problems. It turns out borders don't print correctly at all, which is for a separate bug report.
