When rotating text frames at certain angles the letters are rotated a different amount than the frame (although their position is accurate).
In some situations (not sure of the bounding conditions, but try with just mirror left/right) the text is shifted down about a line's worth.
I can not reproduce this. Either I am not rotating at a (im)proper angle, or already fixed. Is it for any text, or perhaps certain fonts or attributes?
At this point I don't remember 100% for sure what the symptom I was seeing was, but what I was easily able to reproduce (re: rotation) was a screen-only problem. However, did you try flipping the frame as suggested? On screen it drops it down about a line regardless of font. Which is bad enough, but it prints that way as well.
